Using a qualitative review of policies and secondary sources, the study analyzes Cambodia\u2019s climate policy framework and emerging green finance market. It emphasizes the pivotal role of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) in expanding green lending, promoting climate-resilient agriculture, and executing the Cambodian Climate Financing Facility (CCFF).
