Linkages Between Green Finance and Cambodia’s SDGs: The Contribution of ARDB examines how green finance mechanisms support Cambodia’s SDGs in the context of growing climate risks. Using a qualitative review of policies and secondary sources, the study analyzes Cambodia’s climate policy framework and emerging green finance market. It emphasizes the pivotal role of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) in expanding green lending, promoting climate-resilient agriculture, and executing the Cambodian Climate Financing Facility (CCFF). The research also identifies key institutional and regulatory constraints and provides policy recommendations to strengthen Cambodia’s green finance ecosystem and accelerate progress toward the SDGs.
